INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY SUBMISSION
CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION
- Participants should make sure that all the information (including Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number, Alternate Email ID, Alternate Mobile Number etc.).
- Participants should make sure that correct data type is filled in each of the field (like no alphabets in the mobile number, no numbers in the Name field etc.).
- Incase wrong Date of Birth is filled in the sign-up / entry submission form the entry shall be liable to be rejected.
VISIBILITY OF COMPETITIONS
- The participants will be able to see only those competitions that match their Age Group & Type of Registration.
- The competitions will automatically get activated and deactivated from the date of start and date of end respectively.
TYPES OF PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR ELIGIBILITY
- If you have registered as an Individual Participant, then you are eligible only for 1 entry in each of the art category.
- If you have registered as a Group Participant, then you are not eligible to participate in individual activities (like Painting, Creative Writing, Digital Art, Storytelling, Shloka Recitation). For individual activities you will have to register separately as Individual Participant.
- You should register as Multiple Entry Participant only if you are representing an institute / organisation to submit entries on behalf of others.
FORMAT OF ATTACHMENT / DRIVE LINK
- Participants should attach / share their creative entries only in the prescribed format and through given procedure only. The same can be seen in the guiding video available on the YouTube channel of Kalantar Art.
- For Painting and Digital Art entries, the image of painting must be attached in JPeg format only;
- For Creative Writing entries, the created poem / story must be attached in the .Docx OR .PDF format only. Poem should be of minimum 150 words & maximum 300 words, and story can be minimum 1000 words & maximum 2000 words;
- For all other competitions, the created entry must be shared through Google Drive (in MP4 format only) with access right to “anyone with the link”. The Google Drive Link URL must be shared in the entry submission form. During the sharing of Google Drive (with Editors right), an screenshot must be taken; and the image of the same must be shared in .Jpeg format during submission of the entry.
- If the created art is not attached in the asked format or not shared properly in the Google Drive, then the entry shall be liable to be rejected.
SELECTION OF WHETHER PARTICIPANT IS A STUDENT OR NOT
- Incase of a student, the participant must fill correct information of class/ standard and school / college.
TICKING THE CHECK-BOXES
- All the check boxes must be clicked (for acceptance) to complete the Entry Submission process.
EDITING THE ENTRY AND DOWNLOADING THE PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
- After submitting the entry, the participant has the provision to edit the entry at any time, till the last date and time of entry submission.
- Once the participant has submitted the entry, s/he may go to the My Competition Entries section and download their participation certificate.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM DURATION FOR PERFORMING ARTS
- The participants should ensure that their entry should be in between the minimum and maximum duration criteria set for the competition (as below):
- Dance (solo) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Dance (group) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Singing (self-written Rap) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Singing (any available song) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Music (with original lyrics and composition) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Acting (Mono-Act) - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Acting (Nukkad Naatak or Play) - minimum 10 minutes and maximum 15 minutes;
- Storytelling - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes;
- Sanskrit Shloka Recitation - minimum 3 minutes and maximum 10 minutes;
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN GROUP COMPETITIONS
- All group competitions should have minimum 1 number of participant and there is no limit for the maximum number of participants.
